SuperServe is a platform that connects padel players, coaches, and organizers. Our services include:
- Event ticketing and tournament management
- Coach booking and payment processing
- Community chat and social features
- Venue discovery and court locator
- Player profiles and statistics
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By making a purchase:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes
- Payment is required at the time of booking or ticket purchase
Refund Policy:
- Event tickets: Refundable up to 48 hours before the event
- Coach bookings: Refundable up to 24 hours before the session
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds
6. Content Ownership
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you post
Our Content:
- All platform features, design, and code are owned by SuperServe
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
7. Coaches and Service Providers
SuperServe acts as a marketplace connecting users with coaches. We do not employ coaches directly. Coaches are independent service providers responsible for:
- The quality and delivery of their services
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Maintaining appropriate insurance and certifications
8. Event Organizers
Event organizers using our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Honor all tickets sold through the platform
- Comply with venue regulations and safety requirements
- Process refunds according to stated policies
9. Limitation of Liability
SuperServe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperServe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you post on the platform
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
