Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SuperServe account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

If you can log in, you can delete your account directly from your settings in a few steps:

    Sign in to SuperServe

    Open the app or visit the website and log into your account.

    Go to Settings

    Tap your profile icon, then select Settings.

  3. 3

    Scroll to “Delete Account”

    At the bottom of the Settings page you will find the Delete Account option.

    Confirm deletion

    Enter your password to confirm. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Contact us

If you cannot access your account, email us and we will delete your account and data manually within 30 days:

Please include the email address associated with your account in your message.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your profile, personal information, and login credentials are permanently deleted
  • Your bookings, match history, and achievements are removed
  • Public contributions (messages, reviews) may be anonymised rather than deleted
  • Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax/legal compliance)
